You cannot ‘time’ your investing strategy by waiting for a correction
While corrections do occur every two years on average, no one has any way of knowing when the next one might take place. It could happen in the next few months or maybe not for the next few years.
Regardless of what your friendly stock broker tells you, there is no formula (yet) that can predict when the next correction will occur.
