After offering paltry yields during the past decades, Treasurys now provide more enticing returns. The 10-year note currently yields 2.13%, while the 3-month T-Bill is yielding 2.36%. You can roll over the proceeds at maturity into other Treasurys and possibly lock-in a higher yield.
