This $1,500 product was a futuristic-looking piece of eye wear with smartphone and recording capabilities. The reasons for its failure in 2013 are innumerable. It emitted radiation near your head, for one. The device could be used for illegal recording in public spaces. It was aesthetically unpleasant. Finally, the device was never marketed with a clear consumer use, except for a limited number of extreme nerds. Fail.
