Exaggerated square footage
The average home is 2,500 square feet. Spaciousness matters, especially to buyers with growing families. Don’t exaggerate when it comes to size and space. You’ll be exposed on a property tour anyway. Floor areas with less than five feet of vertical clearance below a ceiling can’t be counted in square foot estimates.
