Amazon seems to have lost control over its own site
A Wall Street Journal report found 4,152 items listed for sale on Amazon’s platform that had been deemed unsafe by American regulatory agencies. There were items found that were deceptively labeled as well. Many products failed to display adequate consumer warning labels.
