The so-called golden years of life now come with tax breaks if you make it to 100. And happen to live in New Mexico.
Those who reach the age of 100 in New Mexico become permanently exempt from paying income taxes ever again.
Those eligible must reside in the state at least six months. New Mexico centenarians also cannot be listed as dependents.
