Jeff Bezos: ‘Get a Good Night’s Sleep’
The richest man in the world’s advice to increase productivity is to get a good night’s sleep.
Studies show that when we don’t get enough quality sleep, it impairs our “executive function,” a set of abilities we need to do well in school, at work, and in all realms of daily life, according to the Sleep Foundation.
Bezos aims for eight hours a night. When he sleeps well, Bezos says, “I think better, I have more energy, my mood’s better.”
