Elon Musk: ‘Ignore Chain of Command’
Corporate environments are known for their strict hierarchy.
Elon Musk says that kind of thinking must be thrown out if it leads to miscommunication.
“Communication should travel via the shortest path necessary to get the job done, not through the ‘chain of command,'” Musk contends.
Musk says that miscommunication persists, “then super dumb things will happen.”
