You will have to register on the website and create a profile. Then you will list the gift cards you want to sell in advertised posts on the site.

Raise is a gift card buy and sell platform where you alone can set the selling price for your gift card. You can sell gift cards with full or partial balances.
Gift cards listed on Raise should have a minimum balance of at least $10 and no more than $2,000. If you sell any gift cards then Raise gets a 15% commission for each sale.
