There is a PR backlash against social media influencers who get paid to promote themselves and selected products online. However, there is no question they know how to flaunt excess. Daria Radionova, a Russian Instagram model, showed off a $500,000 Lamborghini Aventador covered in 2 million Swarovski crystals in April 2019.
