When one speaks of an outer space market, most of the demand will be fueled by large corporations. Virgin Galactic’s brief forays into space will cost $250,000 per person; tickets for its two hour flight will cost $2,500 per person. While outer space is rapidly becoming a marketplace for large-scale commercial products, consumer offerings will be slower to appear.
