Another factor on continued growth is the impact of a large group of millennials, who are poised to increase both spending and investment as they enter their prime earning years. This infusion of spending would put more gas in the tank leading to a prolonged economic recovery that continue to show no signs of ending.

There are currently mixed signals on the economy. Traditional measures and policy may no longer be applicable for modern-day conditions. All signs point to an expansion that can continue to grow in an environment of stable low interest rates. The Fed has clearly indicated that its policy will remain accommodative to future economic growth.
