In 1944, Warren Buffett was a 14-year-old newspaper delivery boy. Buffett made about $175 monthly, or about $2,557 today. He invested a portion of his money into a profit-sharing initiative with a local farmer. Buffett’s business brain would serve him well later as an investor. He is now worth an estimated $90 billion.
