They also have 30 percent of your daily requirement of manganese and magnesium, 27 percent of your recommended daily intake of phosphorus, and 18 percent of your recommended calcium intake!

Chia seeds are abundant in other nutrients too, such as niacin, thiamine, vitamin B2, antioxidants, potassium and zinc.
