Ringo Starr’s 1963 drum kit
Ringo Starr used this Ludwig Oyster Black Pearl drum kit in more than 200 performances with the Beatles between 1963 and 1964. Starr reportedly used this drum kit to record the songs “I Want to Hold Your Hand,” “She Loves You,” and “Can’t Buy Me Love.” The drum kit sold for $2.2 million in 2015.
