Life is about negotiation. Your asking price isn’t about money, it’s about value. List amenities promoting value. Get professional appraisals. Make the asking price a little higher than true value to accommodate negotiation. Most housing sales finalize for 1% to 6% below the asking price. Phrasing like “non-negotiable” will only repel potential buyers.
