You are scared of failing
If you are scared to fail you will not become rich. There are no ifs, ands or buts about it. Everyone fails at some point in their life. It is what you do after failing that defines you as a person.
A good example is Elon Musk, whose company SpaceX failed to launch a rocket into space — not once, not twice, but three times. Every time they failed Musk told his engineers not to give up and work even harder. They succeeded at the fourth attempt, earning the distinction of being the first private company to successfully launch a rocket into space.
