Budget-conscious and 5-star hotels alike both offer their guest complimentary gifts that are obviously complimentary. This can include pens, stationary with the hotel name branded on it, coffee packets, tote bags, and so on. Some higher end hotels sometimes give guests free champagne upon check-in. Feel free to take it.
