According to a Bank of America report, the number of sports utility vehicles and crossover models on sale in the country has skyrocketed over the past 10 years, from 70 distinct models in 2014 to 96 currently. This number is expected to rise to an astounding 149 separate SUV and crossover choices for consumers by 2023.
