Middle aged and elderly Americans are the new job seekers as millions brace for retirement unprepared.
Since 2014, 40% of all those looking for work are 55 years old or older. By 2024, more than 41 million American workers, out of an estimated 164 million work force, will be 55 years old or older. More than 13 million will be over 65.
It’s hard getting older. If you’re middle aged or elderly and seeking income from work, don’t let these job-hunting mistakes make life even harder.
