Salad bars and buffets
Think about how many people patronize buffets and salad bars, and how many communal utensils people use, things such as tongs, and the cramp spaces they share standing in line. The FDA recently suggested that buffets and salad bars be discontinued for the foreseeable future. Salad bar franchise Sweet Tomatoes soon closed all 97 of its locations.
